Information on this site
We keep the content accurate and current, but provide it for general information. Service descriptions, product modules, technologies, programme structures, schedules and availability can change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer by itself.
Quotes and project work
Any figure we publish or mention informally is indicative. A binding price and timeline is given in a written quote for your specific scope. Once you accept it, that quote and the agreement attached to it — not this page — governs the work, including payment schedule, revisions, delivery and ownership of the code.
Products and licences
Our software products (including the Transportation Management System, CRM and call centre platforms) are licensed, configured and supported under a separate written agreement. That agreement sets out the modules included, the fees, the support terms and any limits on use. Demonstrations do not create a licence.
Training programmes
Batch dates, duration, fees, format and seat availability are confirmed at the time of enrolment. Completion letters are issued to students who complete the requirements of their programme. We do not guarantee employment, placement or any particular examination result.
Intellectual property
The Techno Creators name, logo, site design and content belong to us. Work we produce for a client transfers to that client as set out in their agreement, normally on final payment. Our own products remain our intellectual property and are licensed, not sold. Client names and project images appear here with permission.
Third-party links and brands
Where we link to another website, including our sister brand R1 Brokerage & Dispatch School, we do so for convenience. Those sites operate under their own terms and policies.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this website.
