Refund & cancellation policy

What happens if a project, licence or course enrolment is cancelled. Your signed agreement always takes precedence over this summary.

Last updated: 21 September 2026

Development projects

Project work is quoted in stages with an advance payment to begin. If you cancel mid-project, work completed and in progress up to the cancellation date is payable, and any balance from your advance is returned. Deliverables produced up to that point are handed over once outstanding amounts are settled.

Software licences and subscriptions

Licence and subscription fees are billed for the agreed period. Cancelling stops future billing from the next cycle; fees already paid for the current period are not refunded. Setup, configuration and data migration work is non-refundable once carried out.

Training and courses

Course fees may be refunded or transferred to a later batch if you notify us before the batch starts. Once training has begun, fees are generally non-refundable, though we will consider transfers to a later batch in genuine cases such as illness. Exact terms are confirmed in writing at enrolment.

Work we cannot deliver

If we are unable to deliver what was agreed, we will say so and refund amounts paid for undelivered work. We would rather stop early than continue on something that is not working.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email info@technocreators.in with your project or enrolment reference and the reason. We acknowledge within one business day and confirm the outcome in writing. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method, usually within 7–14 business days depending on your bank.

Disputes

If you are unhappy with an outcome, contact us first — most issues are resolved directly. Anything unresolved is handled under the governing law set out in our terms and conditions.
